Edward W Schloeman

Ed is President of Fidelis Services Group, a Certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business which offers Tool Keepers, Creative Edge Master Shop products, Management and Communications Development, and supportive training for Veterans. .  He is a retired Chief Master Sergeant (E-9) from the NY Air National Guard and a Marine Vietnam Disabled Veteran (Sgt).

Ed’s career has been with companies such as NYNEX (Verizon), Telco Systems and other telecommunication companies before starting his own business in 2008. He received many business awards for his sales leadership skills and accomplishments, including being crowned “King of Kings County-Brooklyn CY2013 and received a Life Time of Service Award from the Brooklyn Rotary Club. He was presented with three “Proclamations” from two Brooklyn Borough Presidents, as well as, two Congressional Recognition Awards for his accomplishments within the Veteran community.

CMSgt. (ret) Schloeman holds Life Memberships in; Enlisted Association of The New York National Guard, Enlisted Association  of the United States, The Marine Corps League and The Vietnam Veterans of America. He has membership with, Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce, National Veteran Small Business Coalition, and The Iwo Jima Association.  Ed was National Chairman of The David Lynch Foundation’s Operation Warrior Wellness Division, which he co-founded. This program supports and works with those who are suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress (PTS). Presently, he is Chairman/President of Operation Warrior Shield, which continues to support veterans and is a Board of Advisor for Stop Soldier Suicide.

Some of his military decorations include; Meritorious Service Medal, Air Force Commendation Medal, Air Force Achievement Medal, Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal, Marine Corps Expeditionary Medal, National Defense Medal, Air Reserve Meritorious Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnam Cross of Gallantry, Republic of Vietnam Civil Action Ribbon and  NY State Military Commendation Medal
